Windermere Traditional Remodel

Located in the historic Windermere neighborhood of Seattle and placed on an acre of land, this stately house was designed in 1988 and in need of an update inside and out. The house was completely gutted on the interior replacing all finishes and furnishings using traditional materials and finishes. The exterior stucco was completely refinished and new windows and doors throughout the house.
